The terms that govern your use of Fulfillio, the multi-channel ecommerce operations platform by RASCODEX.

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Fulfillio website at https://fulfillio.app/ and the Fulfillio application and services (together, “the Service”). Fulfillio is operated by RASCODEX (“RASCODEX”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Fulfillio is a multi-channel ecommerce fulfillment platform that helps sellers and 3PLs manage orders, inventory, listings, shipping, invoicing, payouts and buyer messaging across connected marketplaces and carriers. We may add, change or remove features from time to time to improve the Service.

2. Accounts and eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to use the Service.
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account credentials secure.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account and for the users you invite to your workspace.

3. Plans, trials and billing

  • Free trial — 7 days with full access to every module. The trial is separate from the paid plans, and no payment is required to start it.
  • Starter — $29.99 per month, including 2 connected accounts. Additional connected accounts are $9.99 per month each.
  • Professional — $49.99 per month, including 5 connected accounts. Additional connected accounts are $7.99 per month each.
  • Growth — $99.99 per month, including 15 connected accounts. Additional connected accounts are $4.99 per month each.
  • Enterprise — custom pricing for unlimited connected accounts, custom integrations, dedicated onboarding and SLA support. Contact us for a quote.
  • There are no setup fees, and you may cancel at any time. Fees are billed in advance for each period and, except where required by law, are non-refundable for the period already started.
  • We may change our fees on reasonable notice; changes take effect at your next billing cycle.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service in violation of any law or of a connected platform's terms.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
  • Reverse engineer, resell or sublicense the Service except as expressly permitted.
  • Upload unlawful, infringing or malicious content.

5. Marketplace connections and third-party platforms

The Service connects to third-party marketplaces and carriers (such as eBay, Amazon, Shopify, TikTok Shop, Walmart, Etsy, WooCommerce, Royal Mail, DPD, DHL and UPS) using their official authorization flows and APIs. Your use of each connected platform remains subject to that platform's own terms and policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy or actions of third-party platforms, and API changes or outages on their side may affect functionality.

6. Your data and privacy

Our handling of personal information and connected marketplace data is described in our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your data. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the Service on your behalf, and you are responsible for ensuring you have the right to connect the accounts and data you bring to Fulfillio.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design and content, is owned by RASCODEX and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service during your subscription. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

8. Availability and support

We aim to keep the Service available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Scheduled maintenance, updates or events outside our control may cause downtime. Support is provided by the RASCODEX team by email and WhatsApp; Enterprise plans may include additional SLA commitments.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RASCODEX will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim.

11. Termination

You may stop using and cancel the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, fail to pay applicable fees, or use the Service in a way that risks harm to others or to the Service. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; provisions that by their nature should survive (such as intellectual property, disclaimers and limitation of liability) will survive.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to RASCODEX's place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be subject to the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
