Fulfillio for WooCommerce

Your WordPress store shouldn't be the one channel that lives outside the process.

Fulfillio + WooCommerce

Fulfillio is multi-channel ecommerce operations software that supports WooCommerce as a connected sales channel. Orders from your WordPress store are managed in the shared Fulfillio queue, its listings are visible with the rest of your catalogue, and fulfillment uses the same rate comparison, label purchase and dispatch flow as your marketplace orders.

What syncs with WooCommerce

  • Orders — WooCommerce orders managed in the shared Fulfillio queue
  • Inventory — the same central stock count as your marketplace channels
  • Listings — visible alongside the rest of your catalogue; editing them stays in WooCommerce
  • Fulfillment — rate comparison, label purchase, bulk printing and dispatch

Additional channel

WooCommerce is set up as an additional sales channel with help from the RASCODEX team, who will connect it to your WordPress store during onboarding.

How it works

What happens to a WooCommerce order

The flow is the same for every connected channel — that is what makes running several of them manageable.

01

It arrives in one queue

The WooCommerce order is pulled into the same list as every other channel, with buyer, items, totals and status. Central stock decrements as it lands.

02

You pick, label and pack

Compare Royal Mail, DPD, DHL, UPS rates on the order, buy the label and print it — one order or hundreds at once — with packing slips and pick lists for the warehouse.

03

Tracking goes back

Dispatch pushes the tracking number and carrier back to the marketplace the order came from, so the buyer is notified without anyone re-keying it.

Who this is for

Merchants whose own WooCommerce storefront is the highest-margin channel but the least automated, and who want it operating on the same stock and dispatch process as their marketplaces.

  • Connect several WooCommerce accounts to one workspace, each tracked separately
  • One central stock count behind every channel, not a figure per portal
  • WooCommerce included in sales, finance, stock and platform-performance reporting

Fulfillio does not create or publish listings to marketplaces — a listing is built and amended in that marketplace's own seller tools. What you can see.
