Fulfillio is multi-channel ecommerce operations software that connects to your eBay seller account and pulls eBay orders into a single queue alongside your other channels. Stock decrements against one central count, your eBay listings are visible in Fulfillio, shipping labels are bought and printed from the order, and the tracking number goes back to eBay automatically once the order is dispatched. Fulfillio does not write listings to eBay — that stays in eBay's own seller tools.

What syncs with eBay

OAuth

You authorise Fulfillio by signing in with your eBay seller account. Fulfillio never sees or stores your eBay password, and you can revoke access from eBay at any time.

What happens to a eBay order

The flow is the same for every connected channel — that is what makes running several of them manageable.

It arrives in one queue

The eBay order is pulled into the same list as every other channel, with buyer, items, totals and status. Central stock decrements as it lands.

You pick, label and pack

Compare Royal Mail, DPD, DHL, UPS rates on the order, buy the label and print it — one order or hundreds at once — with packing slips and pick lists for the warehouse.

Tracking goes back

Dispatch pushes the tracking number and carrier back to the marketplace the order came from, so the buyer is notified without anyone re-keying it.

Yes. Once your eBay account is connected, orders are pulled into the Fulfillio order queue as they come in, so you work them from the same list as your Amazon, Shopify and other channel orders.

Yes. You can connect several eBay seller accounts to one Fulfillio workspace, and each is tracked independently for orders, messages and payouts. Starter includes 2 connected accounts, Professional includes 5, and Growth includes 15; extra accounts cost $9.99, $7.99, or $4.99/month each respectively.
