Multi-channel inventory management

One stock figure behind every channel — so what a marketplace says is available is actually available.

Inventory Management

Fulfillio inventory management keeps a single central stock count that every connected sales channel draws on. Stock decrements as orders are pulled in from any marketplace and is restored when purchase orders are received into stock, so you are not maintaining a separate number per portal. The inventory dashboard flags reorder-needed, low-stock and out-of-stock items before a listing sells something you cannot ship.

Capabilities

What you get

How it works

Three steps, start to finish

01

Load your catalogue

Import items, packages, suppliers and price lists — by CSV on day one if that is easier — and attach images and per-item detail.

02

Sell anywhere

Every connected channel reads the same central figure, and each order that pulls in decrements it automatically.

03

Replenish

Raise a purchase order, receive it into stock, and levels are restored across every channel at once.

Who this is for

Sellers who have oversold on one channel because another channel took the last unit, and buyers who want reorder decisions based on one number rather than four exports.

Works with every connected channel: eBay, Amazon, Shopify, Etsy, Walmart, TikTok Shop and WooCommerce. See all integrations.

FAQ

Questions about inventory management

Stock is held centrally in Fulfillio rather than per channel. Orders from any connected marketplace decrement that one count, and purchase orders received into stock restore it, so every channel is working from the same figure.

It is designed to reduce it substantially. Because channels share one count that decrements as orders arrive, and because reorder, low-stock and out-of-stock items are surfaced on the dashboard, you get warning before a listing sells stock you do not have.
