Fulfillio for Amazon

Authorise once through Seller Central and work your Amazon orders and stock next to every other channel.

Fulfillio + Amazon

Fulfillio is multi-channel ecommerce operations software that connects to Amazon through SP-API authorisation in Seller Central. Amazon orders are pulled into one shared queue with your other channels, inventory is reconciled against a single central stock count, your Amazon listings are visible in Fulfillio, and you can compare carrier rates, buy a label and have the tracking number uploaded back to Amazon. Listings themselves are still built and amended in Seller Central — Fulfillio shows them rather than writing them.

What syncs with Amazon

  • Orders — pulled from every connected Amazon marketplace account into the shared queue
  • Order status — dispatch and fulfillment status updates flow back to Amazon
  • Inventory — stock reconciled against one central count as Amazon orders pull in
  • Listings — your Amazon listings are visible in Fulfillio; building and amending them stays in Seller Central
  • Buyer messages — Amazon buyer messages surfaced in Fulfillio with reply and read/unread state
  • Tracking — carrier and tracking number uploaded back to Amazon after dispatch, individually or in bulk by CSV

SP-API

You authorise Fulfillio through the official Amazon SP-API flow in Seller Central. No developer credentials or password sharing is involved, and authorisation can be withdrawn from Seller Central at any time.

How it works

What happens to a Amazon order

The flow is the same for every connected channel — that is what makes running several of them manageable.

01

It arrives in one queue

The Amazon order is pulled into the same list as every other channel, with buyer, items, totals and status. Central stock decrements as it lands.

02

You pick, label and pack

Compare Royal Mail, DPD, DHL, UPS rates on the order, buy the label and print it — one order or hundreds at once — with packing slips and pick lists for the warehouse.

03

Tracking goes back

Dispatch pushes the tracking number and carrier back to the marketplace the order came from, so the buyer is notified without anyone re-keying it.

Who this is for

Amazon sellers running more than one seller account or more than one channel, and operations teams who want Amazon orders in the same pick, pack and dispatch flow as everything else rather than in a separate portal.

  • Connect several Amazon accounts to one workspace, each tracked separately
  • One central stock count behind every channel, not a figure per portal
  • Amazon included in sales, finance, stock and platform-performance reporting

Fulfillio does not create or publish listings to marketplaces — a listing is built and amended in that marketplace's own seller tools. What you can see.

FAQ

Fulfillio and Amazon

Through SP-API authorisation in Amazon Seller Central. You grant Fulfillio access from within Seller Central, so your Amazon password is never stored, and you can revoke the authorisation from Amazon whenever you want.

Yes. You can connect as many Amazon seller accounts as your plan allows to a single Fulfillio workspace, each syncing orders, messages and inventory independently. Starter includes 2 connected accounts, Professional includes 5, and Growth includes 15; extra accounts cost $9.99, $7.99, or $4.99/month each respectively.

Yes. Buying a label or marking an order dispatched in Fulfillio uploads the tracking number and carrier back to Amazon, so the buyer is notified and your dispatch metrics stay accurate. Tracking can also be uploaded in bulk by CSV.

No. Fulfillio shows your Amazon listings alongside every other channel so you can see what is live where, but it does not write to Amazon — listings are built and amended in Seller Central.

Yes. Amazon orders decrement the same central stock count used by every other connected channel, and purchase orders received into stock top it back up, so you are not maintaining a separate number per marketplace.
