Fulfillio for Shopify

Bring one Shopify store — or several — into the same order queue and stock ledger as your marketplace channels.

Fulfillio + Shopify

Fulfillio is multi-channel ecommerce operations software that installs on your Shopify store by store domain. It brings your products and listings into the central Fulfillio catalogue, pulls orders from one or many Shopify stores into a single queue shared with your marketplace channels, draws down the same central inventory, and pushes shipping labels and fulfillment status updates back to Shopify. Listing content itself is still managed in your Shopify admin.

What syncs with Shopify

  • Products and listings — brought into the central Fulfillio catalogue so Shopify sits with your other channels
  • Orders — multi-store order sync, so several Shopify stores feed one queue
  • Inventory — the same central stock count that serves your marketplace channels
  • Shipping — labels bought and printed from the Fulfillio order, individually or in bulk
  • Fulfillment status — fulfillment and tracking updates pushed back to Shopify

App install

You enter your store domain and install Fulfillio on the store through Shopify's own app-install flow, so access is granted and revoked from your Shopify admin.

How it works

What happens to a Shopify order

The flow is the same for every connected channel — that is what makes running several of them manageable.

01

It arrives in one queue

The Shopify order is pulled into the same list as every other channel, with buyer, items, totals and status. Central stock decrements as it lands.

02

You pick, label and pack

Compare Royal Mail, DPD, DHL, UPS rates on the order, buy the label and print it — one order or hundreds at once — with packing slips and pick lists for the warehouse.

03

Tracking goes back

Dispatch pushes the tracking number and carrier back to the marketplace the order came from, so the buyer is notified without anyone re-keying it.

Who this is for

DTC brands running a Shopify storefront alongside marketplace channels, and merchants operating several Shopify stores who want one queue, one stock figure and one set of reports across all of them.

  • Connect several Shopify accounts to one workspace, each tracked separately
  • One central stock count behind every channel, not a figure per portal
  • Shopify included in sales, finance, stock and platform-performance reporting

Fulfillio does not create or publish listings to marketplaces — a listing is built and amended in that marketplace's own seller tools. What you can see.

FAQ

Fulfillio and Shopify

Enter your store domain in Fulfillio and install the app on the store through Shopify. Access is managed from your Shopify admin, so you can uninstall at any time.

Yes. Multi-store order sync is supported, so several Shopify stores can feed the same Fulfillio order queue and draw on the same central inventory. Each store counts as one connected integration.

Yes. When an order is fulfilled in Fulfillio the fulfillment status and tracking details are pushed back to Shopify, so the customer sees the update in their order status and notification emails.

Your Shopify products and listings are brought into the Fulfillio catalogue, and stock is held as the same central count that your marketplace channels draw on, so a sale on Amazon is reflected in the figure you are working from. Listing content itself is edited in your Shopify admin — Fulfillio does not write it back.
