For 3PLs and fulfilment partners

Many accounts, many marketplaces, one dispatch process — with the ledger kept straight per account.

For fulfilment partners

Fulfillio is multi-channel ecommerce operations software organised around connected accounts. Each account keeps its own orders, messages, ledger and payouts, and reporting can be scoped to one account or run across all of them — while the warehouse still works a single shared dispatch queue. For a fulfilment partner handling several clients, or several of a client’s marketplace accounts, that separation plus a shared process is the useful shape.

Separate books, shared floor

The tension in a fulfilment operation is that the money has to stay separated per client while the physical work wants to be batched. Fulfillio splits those two concerns rather than forcing you to choose.

  • Per-account order lists and per-account ledgers with running balances
  • Payable accounts, payout history and scheduled auto-payouts
  • Platform performance reporting with per-account drilldown
  • One dispatch queue for the warehouse, filtered however you need it
  • Role-based permissions so packers, ops and finance see the right things

FAQ

Questions from fulfilment partners

Yes. Fulfillio is built around connected accounts, and each account keeps its own orders, ledger, payouts and reporting while sharing one dispatch process. That maps well onto a fulfilment operation running several clients or several of a client's marketplace accounts side by side.

Every connected account is tracked independently for orders, messages and payouts, and reports can be scoped to a single account or run across all of them. The account ledger shows day-by-day debits for orders and shipping and credits for payments, with a running balance per account.

Yes. That is the point of the shared queue: the warehouse works one filtered list, compares carrier rates, bulk-prints labels with packing slips and pick lists, and each order's tracking still goes back to the marketplace it came from.

Manual accounts exist for exactly that — phone, wholesale or hand-entered orders sit in the same queue, stock ledger and reports as marketplace orders.
