Your warehouse structure

Start with aisle, bay and level. Add bin positions if needed. Up to 10,000 locations; IDs must be unique and no longer than 24 characters.

Up to six uppercase characters; start with a letter or number.

Use a naming convention your team can follow. The tool generates identifiers, not a warehouse layout or picking strategy.

Print location labels

A4/Letter: two columns of 3.5 × 1.5 inch labels, with 0.125 inch gaps and 0.5 inch page margins. Use actual size (100%), disable browser headers/footers, and test one label with your printer and scanner. Save as PDF is available in your print dialog.

Aisles A–C, bays 01–05 and levels 01–03 create 3 × 5 × 3 = 45 unique locations, beginning with A-01-01 and ending with C-05-03.

Location IDs are standalone outputs; this tool does not update warehouse records.

Does generating a barcode create a location in Fulfillio?

No. This is a standalone planning and label tool. It creates IDs and labels in your browser and does not create locations or update stock in any warehouse system.

How is this result calculated?

Are my inputs saved or sent to Fulfillio?

No. This tool calculates in your browser. It does not submit your values, save scenarios or send calculation results to Fulfillio. Refreshing the page clears your entries.
