Privacy Policy

How Fulfillio collects, uses, protects and shares information — including the marketplace data you choose to connect.

Last updated: June 2026

Fulfillio (“Fulfillio”, “the Service”, “we”, “us”, “our”) is a multi-channel ecommerce fulfillment platform operated by RASCODEX. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use and protect it, and the choices you have. It applies to our website at https://fulfillio.app/ and to the Fulfillio application and services.

This policy also describes how we handle data you connect from third-party marketplaces and platforms — including Amazon, eBay, Shopify, Walmart and Etsy — when you authorize Fulfillio to access your accounts. We are committed to using that data only to provide the features you ask for, in line with each platform’s developer and API terms.

1. Who we are

Fulfillio is a product of RASCODEX. For any privacy question, or to exercise your rights under this policy, contact us at fulfillio@rascodex.com or +92 320 8667932. RASCODEX is the data controller for the personal information described here.

2. Information we collect

2.1 Information you give us

  • Account and contact details — name, business name, email address, phone number and password when you register, request a demo or contact us.
  • Communications — messages, support requests and demo-form submissions you send to us.
  • Billing details — where applicable, the information needed to set up and manage your plan.

2.2 Marketplace and store data you connect

When you connect a marketplace or store account, you authorize Fulfillio — through that platform’s official OAuth flow or API — to access data needed to run your fulfillment workflow. Depending on the channels you connect (Amazon, eBay, Shopify, Walmart, Etsy and others), this may include:

  • Orders and order details (buyer-provided shipping name and address, items, quantities, prices, order and dispatch status).
  • Product, listing, inventory and price-list data.
  • Shipping, tracking and fulfillment information.
  • Buyer messages and order-related communications.
  • Account, store and seller profile identifiers needed to route data correctly.

We access this data only to provide the Service to you — for example to display a unified order queue, sync stock levels, print labels, generate invoices, schedule supplier payouts and surface buyer messages. We do not sell marketplace data, and we do not use it for advertising or for any purpose unrelated to the features you use.

2.3 Information we collect automatically

  • Usage and device data — IP address, browser type, pages viewed, referring pages and timestamps.
  • Cookies and similar technologies — see “Cookies and tracking” below.

3. How we use information

  • To provide, operate, maintain and improve the Service and its features.
  • To connect, sync and display data from the marketplaces and stores you authorize.
  • To respond to demo requests, enquiries and support tickets.
  • To send service, security and account notifications.
  • To monitor performance, prevent fraud and abuse, and keep the Service secure.
  • To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

4. Marketplace integrations and platform data

Fulfillio integrates with third-party platforms using their official APIs and authorization flows:

  • Amazon (Selling Partner API), eBay, Shopify, Walmart and Etsy, among others.

Our handling of data obtained through these integrations follows the requirements of each platform’s developer agreement and data-protection policies. Specifically:

  • We request access through each platform’s official OAuth/authorization flow — we never ask for or store your marketplace passwords.
  • We access only the data needed to provide the features you enable, and we use it solely on your behalf.
  • We do not sell, rent or share platform data with third parties for their own marketing.
  • We retain platform data only as long as needed to provide the Service, and we delete it on request or when you disconnect the integration, subject to legal retention requirements.
  • You can revoke Fulfillio’s access at any time from the marketplace’s connected-apps settings or by contacting us.

Your use of each connected platform also remains subject to that platform’s own privacy policy and terms.

5. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information or your connected marketplace data. We share information only as follows:

  • Service providers — vetted vendors that host our infrastructure or help us operate the Service (for example cloud hosting, email delivery and error monitoring), bound by confidentiality and data-protection obligations and permitted to use data only to perform services for us.
  • Connected platforms — to carry out actions you initiate, such as uploading tracking numbers or updating stock back to a marketplace.
  • Legal and safety — where required by law, regulation or legal process, or to protect the rights, property or safety of Fulfillio, our users or the public.
  • Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, with notice to affected users where required.

6. Cookies and tracking

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working, remember preferences and understand how visitors use it. We use the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to measure the effectiveness of our marketing and understand actions taken on our site (such as page views and demo requests). This may involve cookies set by Meta and the sharing of limited event data with Meta. You can manage cookies through your browser settings and control ad personalization in your Meta account settings. Disabling cookies will not affect the core functionality of the Fulfillio application.

7. Data security

We use technical and organizational measures designed to protect your information, including:

  • Encryption of data in transit (TLS) and encryption of credentials and tokens at rest.
  • Official OAuth flows so marketplace passwords are never stored by Fulfillio.
  • Role-based access controls within your workspace and restricted internal access on a need-to-know basis.
  • Ongoing monitoring, logging and security review.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work continuously to protect your data and to respond promptly to any incident.

8. Data retention

We keep personal information and connected platform data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. When you close your account, disconnect an integration, or ask us to delete your data, we delete or anonymize it within a reasonable period, except where we must retain it to meet legal, accounting or security obligations.

9. International transfers

Fulfillio is operated by RASCODEX and may process and store information in countries other than your own. Where data is transferred internationally, we take steps to ensure it remains protected in line with this policy and applicable law.

10. Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these rights, email fulfillio@rascodex.com. You can also:

  • Disconnect any marketplace integration at any time, which stops further data access.
  • Request deletion of data we hold for you, subject to legal retention requirements.
  • Opt out of non-essential cookies through your browser and ad-platform settings.

We will respond to verified requests within the timeframe required by applicable law.

11. Children’s privacy

Fulfillio is a business tool and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
